Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the jw2 website at jw2.onl, or by registering an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jw2 platform or any service provided through it.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jw2 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter. jw2 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last updated. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on their account.

Eligibility & Registration

Age Requirement

Use of jw2 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. jw2 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not satisfied.

Registration Requirements

To open an account with jw2, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

• You may only open one account per individual, household, device, or IP address.
• You must not open an account on behalf of another person.
• You must not use a VPN, proxy, or similar service to circumvent geographic or access restrictions.
• You confirm you are not listed on any self-exclusion register applicable to your jurisdiction.

Identity Verification (KYC)

jw2 is committed to know-your-customer (KYC) compliance. Before processing withdrawals or at any point during your account's lifetime, jw2 may require you to submit identity documents. Acceptable documents include a National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restriction until documents are received and reviewed.

Account Management & Access

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jw2 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify jw2 immediately at [email protected].

Account Suspension & Closure

jw2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, receipt of a valid court order or law enforcement request, or failure to complete identity verification. Where an account is closed due to a breach attributable to the player, jw2 may withhold any funds remaining in the account.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon a valid closure request, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. jw2 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to the balance of dormant accounts following written notice to the registered email address. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing a deposit.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

Accepted Payment Methods

jw2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice, and jw2 does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any individual channel.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no processing fee on standard deposits.
• Funds deposited must be used for gaming purposes and may not be deposited solely for the purpose of transfer or conversion.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• jw2 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or system outages.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• jw2 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to five (5) business days, subject to verification status.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, jw2 offers bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered on eligible games only — certain games (for example, live dealer titles or low-margin table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse

jw2 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, opening duplicate accounts to claim welcome offers multiple times, placing offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements artificially, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures.

Expiry of Bonuses

All bonuses carry an expiry date, after which any unclaimed or unmet bonus funds will be forfeited automatically. It is the player's responsibility to review and track the validity period of any bonus accepted. jw2 is under no obligation to reinstate expired bonuses.

Gameplay, Betting Rules & Dispute Resolution

General Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jw2 platform are governed by the rules of their respective game providers. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. jw2 does not accept responsibility for wagers placed due to a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, that round will be treated as void, and any stake placed will be returned to the player's account. Where a malfunction results in a payout that would not otherwise have occurred, jw2 reserves the right to reclaim such funds from the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and play.

Sports Betting

All sports bets are accepted subject to availability of markets. Bets accepted after the official start time of an event may be voided at jw2's discretion. In-play betting markets are offered on selected events and are subject to suspension during periods of significant match developments. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed; the odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the final settled odds.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a wager, game outcome, or account transaction, you must notify jw2 in writing at [email protected] within seven (7) calendar days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. jw2 will investigate all disputes in good faith and aim to provide a written response within ten (10) business days. jw2's decision on disputed matters shall be final and binding, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.

Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, miscalculated odds, or any technical faults to place bets that would not ordinarily be available.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jw2 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Misrepresenting your identity or providing false documentation during the verification process.

Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any balances may be forfeited. jw2 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where required by law.

Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jw2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings due to technical failures, data loss, unauthorised account access, or service interruptions beyond jw2's reasonable control.

jw2 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free of viruses. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You use the platform at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jw2 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of jw2 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of jw2.

Privacy

Your personal data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the jw2 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law & Severability

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

No waiver by jw2 of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach. A failure by jw2 to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of that right or provision.
